PTI leader and MNA Sardar Latif Khosa said protest was basic right of each and every civilian but PTI was denied of this basic right of peaceful protest demonstration against rigging in general elections, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Addressing a press conference in Lahore, Latif Khosa said he was kept in detention for 6 hours, he announced to file habeas corpus case against the government’s actions.
He claimed ‘fake’ government does not obey the constitution or court orders.
He claimed PTI protestors did not block the roads, nor did any vandalism, no one was carrying any weapons, everything was safe which can be observed from safe cities cameras.
It is pertinent to mention PTI MNA Latif Khosa and 20 other protestors were booked for instigating public on violence in North Cantt police station on Sunday.
