Punjab’s Anti Riot Force under probe over ‘immoral activities’

An inquiry has been initiated after an anonymous application claimed that there have been immoral activities going on in Punjab’s Anti Riot Force and female lady constables have been forced to compromise on getting leaves, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Superintendent of Police Dolphin Force Aisha Butt has been assigned as inquiry officer by CCPO Lahore. The application by an unknown lady constable claimed that female police of Dolphin Force has been forced to fulfil ‘demands’ of seniors to get leaves.

SP Aisha Butt said that police was gathering the information with the help of CCTV footage as well and as there is no applicant, the police are conducting the departmental inquiry to find out the truth.

The application has also mentioned some names of both male and female members of the department who have involved in these activities and forced others as well.
