British High Commissioner (BHC) to Pakistan, Christian Turner took to his Twitter account and backed the Pakistan cricket team, despite being knocked out by Australia in Semi-final, reported 24NewsHD TV on Thursday.
In his tweet, Christian stated in Urdu: “Even if you lose the match, you win the heart”.
Turner also said in his tweet that now his eyes were on England’s tour to Pakistan.
The BHC said that even if they lost the match, they won the heart, the Pakistani team played well, now I am optimistic for the match between Pakistan and England.
