Angry members of Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) filed a no-confidence motion against Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan on Monday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the Balochistan Assembly session could be called on October 19 to address the issue of no confidence in the CM.
After filing the motion, angry members urged the Balochistan Assembly speaker to convene the session because the majority of the members had shown their no-confidence in Jam Kamal.
Talking to the media, Zahoor Ahmad Buledi said the majority had expressed no confidence against the CM so he should step down himself.
He said the speaker should call the assembly session immediately and move the no-confidence motion in it.
Asad Baloch clarified that they were not an angry group but a united group. He urged the CM to step down without any delay.
Naseeb Murree said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was an ally of the BAP in Balochistan from day one.
On the other hand, Balochistan CM Jam Kamal Khan held a special meeting with the PTI Parliamentary Leader Sardar Yar Mohammad Rind have met at the Chief Minister's Secretariat.
