A training workshop was held Sunday to promote the education of advanced hair transplant technology in Pakistan, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
The workshop was organized by the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS) and Hair Restoration Society of Pakistan (HRSP) jointly for training those doctors who are already performing hair transplant procedures about the latest hair restoration techniques.
Well-known hair transplant Dr Hanif Saeed, Dr Rana Irfan, Dr Tahir Sheikh, Dr Zafar Baqai and Dr Uzma Irfan and others conducted the workshop and provided awareness. They said that after developing a relationship between ABHRS and HRSP, they are trying to produce qualified hair transplant surgeons in the country.
There are many international societies conducting workshops and annual conferences but very less opportunity for hands on training to beginners or those who want to change their specialty and start hair restoration as career, they said, adding that hair transplant education in Pakistan is not difficult anymore.
The experts further said that the purpose of the workshop is to further highlight the capabilities of Pakistani doctors through the ABHRS.
