A high-level Chinese delegation will visit the COMSTECH Secretariat to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen research and development collaboration.

According to a press release issued on Wednesday, the MoU will benefit natural products, biotechnology, molecular and cell biology, and traditional medicine through institutional and industrial collaboration.

The MoU will aid in the strengthening of academic and scientific collaborations between the People's Republic of China and OIC member states.

This signing event will be preceded by a series of significant speeches on the issue by Chinese scientists and pharmaceutical industry executives.
