Cooking oil, ghee prices up by Rs46/kg at utility stores

The Utility Stores which are regarded as discount stores where people could buy food items at comparatively cheaper rates are also under the inflationary pressure. The prices of branded ghee and cooking oil has raised by Rs46 per kg, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

Reportedly, the prices of oil of all branded companies have surged by Rs46 per kilo. Now the price of the branded oil has increased from Rs287 per kg to Rs333 per kg. 

The ghee price of the branded companies has jumped from Rs287 per kg to Rs320 per kg after registering a Rs33 per kg raise in its per kg price. 

The price of shampoo has been increased by Rs20. The price of big bottle of shampoo has become Rs580 and for small bottle Rs 379.

Bath soap has become dearer by Rs4. Now the big bar of bath soap will be available for Rs 72 instead of Rs 68.
