The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah says that since the start of the Umrah season, four million people from foreign countries have received the blessing of performing Umrah, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
The Saudi ministry says that the Umrah season started on 1st Muharram, 30 July 2022.
“During the last five months, four million people from foreign countries have received the blessing of performing Umrah,” it added.
“Every Muslim in the world who comes to Saudi Arabia on tourism, business and family visa can perform Umrah,” it stated.
“The duration of Umrah visa has been increased from 30 to 90 days. Apart from this, e-Visa services have been made easier through the Nusuk platform,” it averred.
