Man booked for raping girl student in Narowal

A man in a village on the outskirts of Narowal allegedly raped a female student at gunpoint, filmed the scene and kept blackmailing the victim, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
Police, on the other hand, have registered an FIR of the incident and got a medical examination of the girl.
The student, a resident of Bhattian village, has appealed to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz to provide her justice.
On Wednesday, 24News TV channel reported that a man after his failure to convince his wife to accompany him to his home shot her dead along with his mother-in-law, sister-in-law and her six-year-old nephew, and also set her house on fire in Khushhalgarh area of Zafarwal.
Soon after the incident, local police reached the crime scene and arrested the suspect namely Ikram Aslam.
The police also shifted the dead bodies to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital (THQ) in Zafarwal.
According to police, the accused claimed that he had married Hajra secretly and now when he tried to persuade to her to go with him to his house she declined which infuriated him and he killed Hajra, her mother, her sister and her nephew.
