Ace all-rounder Shahid Afridi is dearly missing her youngest sister who is living next door but he could not meet him due to living in a Covid bubble for the Pakistan Super League’s seventh season in Lahore.

Taking to Instagram, the Quetta Gladiators all-rounder posted a video of her youngest daughter standing in a window of her room in the same hotel where PSL teams reside and showed his longing for his little princess.

“Really missing my youngest daughter who is in the same hotel but I can't meet her due to Covid-19 protocols. IA see you soon my little princess."

Afridi is representing Gladiators, his fourth team in PSL this season and in the latest match against Islamabad United he rolled back years with the ball as he finished his four overs spell for 2-27 and took both wickets in his last over.

Afridi picked all important wicket of United captain Shadab Khan and on the next delivery he removed M Akhlaq. His huge appeal against Alez Hales also led to a mix up that ended in Hales being run out in the same over.

In the first ball of the very next over, Afridi’s direct hit also ended the short stay of Azam Khan on the crease. It may be mentioned that Afridi started his PSL 7 campaign in Karachi leg after recovering from Covid-19 against the same opponents and was brutally assaulted by United batsmen as leaked out 67 runs in his four overs and took one wicket.
