Two dacoits were killed in an alleged encounter with CIA police in the Nishtar Colony area of Lahore on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The incharge officer of CIA Kahna was also injured in the shootout.

The CIA Kahna personnel were escorting detained accused Shareef alias Shareefa and Amir Bilal alas Ali Raza for arresting their companions, who opened fire as soon as they saw the police near Ibrahimi Mosque in Nishtar Colony.

Both the detained accused, Shareef and Amir Bilal, were killed by their companions’ bullets while CIA Kahna incharge Inspector Nabi Bakhsh was injured in the incident.

The slain dacoits were involved in a string of dacoities.
