PML-N becomes largest Punjab party

A good number of Punjab Assembly seat winners have joined the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, making it the largest party in the province, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Monday.

Over 10 successful independent candidates joined the PML-N, taking the total tally to 150. Rana Rana Sanaullah Khan too confirmed it while Atta Tarar claimed that more and more successful candidates are joining the party.

Those who joined the PML-N are Jehanzeb Khan from PP-235 and  Ali Raza from PP-236,

In a meeting with PML-N President, Shehbaz Sharif said the two leaders expressed full confidence in the leadership of Nawaz Sharif.

The other successful candidates from Punjab who joined the PML-N are Sohail Khan, Khizer Hussain, Sahibzada Muhammad Ghazin Abbasi, Muhammad Saqib Khan Chadhar, Zulfiqar Ali Shah, Khurram Virk and Rana Fayyaz.
