Talking on his mobile phone in the courtroom has cost a NAB investigating officer dearly as the court has ordered his arrest for flouting the court decorum, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Reportedly, during a case hearing in the Sindh High Court on Wednesday, the judge took offence when an investigation officer of the NAB started talking on his mobile phone in the courtroom.

Justice Muhammad Iqbal Kalhoro admonished NAB IO Assistant Director Kamran for using his phone in the courtroom. He ordered for his arrest, besides directing the court staff to confiscate the mobile phone of the investigation officer.

Justice Kalhoro also warned the officer that the court could send him to jail in contempt of court case. On which, the IO apologized on his mistake.
