The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday rejected the Punjab government’s appeal against the single bench decision of issuing non-objection certificate (NOC) to Ramzan Sugar Mills, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The LHC dismissed the appeal of the Punjab government.
The two-judge bench issued the reserved verdict.
The bench comprised Chaudhry Muhammad Iqbal and Justice Muzamil Akhtar Shabbir.
The Punjab government had filed an appeal against the decision of the LHC’s single bench to issue NOC to Ramzan Sugar Mills.
