The next session of the National Assembly of Pakistan will be held at 5:00 PM on Monday with Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq in the chair.
The National Assembly Secretariat has issued a 10-point agenda for the upcoming session starting tomorrow. A Calling Attention notice will draw the government’s attention to inadequate measures that have been taken to stop human smuggling from Pakistan.
Federal Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar will present the National Commission on the Status of Women Amendment Bill 2024 to the house.
Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb will present a report on implementation of the NFC Award and the second quarter review report.
Another Calling Attention Notice will draw the lawmakers’ attention to private hospitals’ failure to provide affordable medical treatment to deserving people in Islamabad.
