Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and social media activist Sanam Javed Tuesday presented before the local magistrate in Gujranwala in connection with the May 9 vandalism cases, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
It is pertinent that after the initial remand period concluded, Sanam Javed was presented before the court yesterday, which, upon hearing arguments from both sides, granted the police request for further custody.
On Tuesday, the police conducted a voice-matching test in the presence of the magistrate to corroborate the statements made by Sanam Javed.
The court oversaw the collection of voice samples at three different pitches—soft, moderate, and loud.
These samples were then securely stored on a 32GB USB drive and dispatched to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in Islamabad.
During the court appearance, strict security measures were enforced to maintain order.
