Peshawar High Court shut down till May 31

The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has been shut down till May 31 due to the coronavirus, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

According to the order, the Peshawar Bench of the High Court will remain closed from May 13 to May 31. All the offices, branches, barrooms, Advocate General Block and other places will also remain closed.

Moreover the Principal Staff will continue work and coronavirus test will be mandatory for those on duty in the High Court.

The employees on duty will issue a written affidavit stating that there is no Corona patient in their home or near people. Action would be taken against anyone found guilty of providing wrong information on the affidavit.
