Biggest challenge in Islamabad is to stop house robberies: DIG

Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Islamabad Police Afzal Ahmad Kausar has said that there are many challenges for Islamabad police and the biggest of them is to prevent burglary.

According to the details, the DIG said that the Criminal Investigation Agency (CIA) Islamabad has so far arrested eight members of the Ghani gang.

These culprits have been involved in these incidents since 2007 and some of them were also arrested earlier.  So far, many cases have come to light against this gang in eleven different police stations.

So far, the police have recovered 55 tolas of gold and about 1.2 million rupees in cash.

“We are sure that we will recover more from them during remand,” he added.
