CJP consults judges over formation of Commission suggested by PM

Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial Saturday consulted fellow judges over the formation of a Judicial Commission for probing the attack on Imran Khan and Arshad Sharif murder case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has sent letters to the Chief Justice suggesting forming Judicial Commissions over Imran Khan attack and Arshad Sharif murder case.

According to the details, the process of consultation from all the judges in Islamabad about this matter was completed. The consultation with Justice Faez Isa and Justice Ayesha Malik will be done on Monday as they are out of the country at the moment and will return on Sunday and resume hearing cases on Monday.

The newly appointed judges are also expected to be consulted on Monday about the formation of the Judicial Commission case.

The Chief Justice will reply to Prime Minister’s letters once the process of consultation is completed in two or three days.
