Unidentified gunmen killed a National Party leader in Quetta, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Monday.
The deceased, identified as Assistant District Education Officer Mohammad Akbar Baloch, came under attack on Jalal Khan Road.
The body was shifted to Bhag Civil Hospital for post-mortem.
Police have launched an investigation.
