As the government is gearing for Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit in Islamabad, PTI has announced protest in Islamabad on October 15, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Pakistan is hosting Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit on October 14 and 15, drawing significant global attention with the arrival of key figures from member states.

Meanwhile PTI’s protest call on October 15 in Islamabad's D-Chowk have raised alarm over potential disruptions during key event. The summit will feature leaders and prime ministers from over a dozen countries, along with approximately 900 delegations and nearly 200 members of international media, including journalists from India. Given the sensitive nature of the occasion, the planned protests are viewed as not only unacceptable but also deeply troubling. Critics argue that the PTI's actions suggest either external influence or a blatant disregard for national interests.
