Forensic agency claims to have traced Lahore motorway rapist

The Punjab Forensic Agency has claimed to have traced the man who allegedly raped a woman on the Lahore-Sialkot Motorway on the outskirts of Lahore this week. 

Sources quoted the Punjab Forensic Agency as saying that samples of the semen found on the victim’s clothes and blood found on the window of her car have matched the samples of blood and semen of the suspect. Sources said the forensic agency had samples of suspected rapist’s blood and semen in its records. Sources said the accused is a 25 years old man from Bahawalnagar. Sources also said the agency has shared details of the suspect with the police and he is likely to be arrested tonight. Sources said the suspect had raped a woman and her daughter in 2013.
