Two pilots embraced martyrdom on Monday as a trainer aircraft of Pakistan Army crashed new Gujrat, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.
According to the ISPR, the incident was caused by a technical fault as plane crashed in the fields at Chopla village in the Jalalpur Jattan area.
Among the martyred soldiers were the instructor, Maj Umar, who was a resident of Gujrat. The other pilot was Lieutenant Faizan. He belonged to the Kallar Kahar tehsil of Chakwal district.
