CPEC to be accelerated on priority, says Asim Bajwa

China Pakistan Economic Corridor Authority (CPECA) Chairman Asim Saleem Bajwa on Thursday briefed the Cabinet Committee on CPEC chaired by Planning Ministry and attended by 10 federal ministers and secretaries, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In a tweet, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister, Asim Saleem Bajwa said, “The forum showed full satisfaction on the pace of progress and reaffirmed their full commitment towards supporting CPEC from their ministries to accelerate (the project).”

“All ministries were forthcoming and vowed to accord priority to procedural formalities and incentive packages to make CPEC a success,” he further briefed the Cabinet Committee on CPEC. 

Asim Bajwa said, “As per Prime Minister’s vision, CPEC dividends will be taken to every Pakistani, the participants reiterated.”
