According to a study carried out for the customer satisfaction of mobile apps by DotNek, it was found out that it has fallen desperately in the recent years.
It was found out that there are some applications that are absolutely loved by the users and some which were totally hated. The factors contributing to the hate feeling were different but the ones worth noting are the user interface and frequency and number of ads.
It was reported that more than three million geotagged tweets related to different dating, mobile games, money transferring and social media apps were found.
The deep analysis says that the mobile games had received relatively lesser hate but ‘Roblox’ however has been ranked as the most-hated app in 21 countries.
The dating app named ‘Hinge’ took the hit of being the most hated app in the whole wide world according to 34.4% of tweets talking bad about their experience with it.
Dating apps were generally found to be the most hated category of mobile apps all around the world. Most of the prosperous English-speaking world and the Middle East hated the dating app ‘Tinder’. Tinder took the biggest hit from Iran and received around 71.4% of tweets against it.
In southern America, e-commerce apps were hated the most with Amazon being on the top.
The data also showed the hatred towards apps which mostly drive people insane forcing them to uninstall and reinstall. It turns out that the 41% of the tweets were from the frustrated users of the same apps.
