Wednesday’s meeting of the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet has been deferred for a day, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The ECC meeting which was to take up a six-point agenda was postponed due to the non-availability of Federal Finance Minister Dr Hafeez Shaikh.

Officials of the Finance Minister divulged to the TV channel that the meeting was delayed as Hafeez Shaikh was busy in meetings at PM’s House.

The ECC meeting will now be held on Thursday (tomorrow).
