Accomplished Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Akhtar and Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor have been spotted having a hearty meet and greet during the opening ceremony of the third season of The International League T20 (ILT20) in the UAE last night where Shahid along with fellow stars Pooja Hegde, Sonam Bajwa performed spectacularly.
In the light-hearted meetup which went viral quickly on all over social media, Shahid Kapoor and Shoaib Akhtar can be seen casually dressed in an all-black outfit while engaging in brief but very friendly conversation with all smiles and passion. Former cricketer Harbhajan Singh was also seen with them during the interaction.
Amidst the conversation, the Bollywood star was spotted lovingly patting Harbajhajan on his shoulder while gracefully concluding the interaction between himself and Shoaib with a heartwarming handshake.
Sharing the video on his Instagram Shoaib wrote: “Haanji kya samajh aa raha hai about my conversation with @shahidkapoor.Tell me in comments.”
Captioning another cool clip from the meeting, Shoaib added: “ Lovely running into @shahidkapoor at @ilt20official .”
With 444 wickets in Test, ODI, and T20 formats for Pakistan, Shoaib Akhtar is currently serving as an ambassador for the second season of ILT20.
