The Supreme Court has issued a detailed decision on the suo moto notice against the ruling of the Deputy Speaker, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The 86-page detailed decision was written by Chief Justice of Pakistan Omar Ata Bandial.
The majority decision said that the decision of the Deputy Speaker to reject the no-confidence motion was unconstitutional.
According to the PTI lawyer, the letter threatened to overthrow the government. The alleged foreign letter is a secret diplomatic document. In view of diplomatic relations, the court cannot issue any order regarding the letter.
The meeting of the National Security Committee acknowledged external interference in Pakistan's internal affairs.
It was clear in the declaration of the National Security Council that the opposition parties did not carry out any external conspiracy by launching a no-confidence motion.
Courts decide on the basis of credible facts, not speculation, it is up to the executive to decide on diplomatic correspondence.
