On the request of Inspector General of Police (IGP), Sindh Home Department has banned pillion riding in different cities of the province including Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
According to the notification, ban will be imposed in various cities of Sindh including Karachi from September 13 to 17.
There will be ban in the eastern, southern and western districts of Karachi.
Ban on pillion-riding was imposed in Hyderabad, Sukkur, Dadu, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sanghar, Khairpur, Larkana, Kamber Shahdadkot and Kashmore.
