Omar Ayub directs SSGC to ensure smooth gas supply in Karachi

Federal Minister for Energy Omar Ayub Khan has directed the Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) for launching new projects in Karachi to ensure smooth gas supply.
He issued the directives while speaking during a meeting with Members of National Assembly from Karachi who called on him in Islamabad on Wednesday and discussed various matters of city especially gas issue.
Managing Director Sui Southern Gas Company and other senior officers participated in the meeting through video link.
Omar Ayub directed the SSGC management to remain in contact with the public representatives.
The MNA’s appreciated the Minister for taking prompt notice to redress the gas issue.
