New Zealand cricket delegation visits Gaddafi Stadium

Members of New Zealand Players Association on Saturday visited Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore to review preparation of tri-nation series which will be played between Pakistan, South Africa and New Zealand, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

New Zealand Players Association Security Consultant Rag Douglas and representative Brad Rogan were also part of the visiting delegation.

Tri-nation cricket series will be played in January-February 2025 between Pakistan, South Africa and New Zealand.

Earlier, Pakistan Cricket Board announced to hold tri-nation cricket series in Multan but later PCB decided to hold the series matches in Lahore and Karachi.

Members of New Zealand Players Association and security delegation visited National Stadium, Karachi and Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore in this regard.

Earlier on December 12, 2024, a security delegation from New Zealand arrived in Karachi to assess preparations for the upcoming Champions Trophy. The delegation was warmly received by Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) Director of International Cricket, Usman Wahla, and General Manager, Arshad Khan.

The visiting delegation toured the National Stadium Karachi, inspecting the newly constructed building designed for the Champions Trophy.
