Narowal Police have launched a crackdown against people having the possession of illegal weapons and involved in aerial firings, reported 24NewsHd TV channel Monday.
The Narowal Police have arrested six accused during the crackdown and also recovered huge cache of illegal weapons from their possession.
The illegal weapons recovered include two repeater guns, two rifles and two pistols.
The police have registered a case against the accused and started further investigation. According to the police, the arrested accused were notorious for spreading terror among the masses in the area.
