Four people died on the spot while seven others were seriously wounded as a heavy rock fell on a bus, heading from Rawalpindi to Gilgit, at Patan in district Kohistan late Tuesday night, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
Those who were killed in the incident were identified as Muhammad Naveed s/o Adil Hussain from Gilgit, Tufail Ahmed s/o Tota also from Gilgit, Nasir, a jawan of Pakistan Army, Sajid Muhammad s/o Abdur Razzaq from Islamabad, while those who were seriously injured in the incident were identified as Syed Inayatur Rehman s/o Syedul Hameed, Mansoor s/o Madaris, Ali Haider s/o Mir Gulab, Abdul Khaliq s/o Ghulam Hussain, Amir Hussain s/o Adil, Muhammad Khalil, Muhammad Khalil s/o Muhammad Hanif, Jumma Gul s/o Kishu, all belonging to Gilgit.
