A teen girl drowned in the Khanpur dam in Haripur district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Thursday.
The deceased is identified as 15-year-old Tafseel Bibi from Rawalpindi. She visited the dam with her family.
The tragedy took place when she and another family member (also a teen girl) went into deep water. However local saved the other girl.
