Celebrated girl Radhika Merchant has won millions of hearts, once again, through adopting an extremely heartwarming gesture of flaunting a precious custom gown with husband-to-be Anant’s dear love-letter printed on it during her latest pre-wedding celebrations ongoing on the cruise.
Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant met each other during their college years. They instantly felt connected when they were on a long drive with their friends. Soon, their friendship turned into love, and now, they are set to get married in July 2024. However, before the big fat wedding, Anant and Radhika had been painting the world red with their love, and their four-day cruise celebration in the Mediterranean Sea was proof of the same. While pictures of the pre-wedding bash have been going viral, Radhika's look from the first day is winning hearts for all the right reasons.
As the cruise began in Palermo, Sicily, the Ambani-Merchant family hosted a lunch for the guests, followed by a night to remember, courtesy of Backstreet Boy's performance. The theme of the first event was a starry night, and it had a formal dress code. However, the bride-to-be, Radhika made sure to stand out from the crowd and let her look do the talking. The bride-to-be wore a gown designed by Robert Wun.
It had a special significance, as Radhika got her gown printed with a love letter, which was written by Anant. Yes, at the age of 22, Radhika received a handwritten love letter from her beau, Anant. The outfit had a long trail with Anant's deepest feelings for Radhika printed on it. The bride-to-be styled her look with a layered necklace and matching earrings. Subtle makeup and open-pin straight hair completed her look.
Talking about the significance of the gown, the excited bride-to-be, Radhika, revealed that Anant wrote a long letter on her 22nd birthday. He expressed what she meant to him. Radhika added that she wanted the customised gown for her kids and grandkids. She was quoted as saying: "He wrote me this long letter for my birthday about what I mean to him. I wanted it for posterity—I want to be able to show it to my kids and grandkids, and say that 'this is what our love was.'"
