A terror attack on a construction camp near the Ghrawas area in Duki, Balochistan, has left three workers missing, while equipment at the site was set ablaze by unidentified armed assailants on Wednesday.
According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, local police officials said the attackers set fire to various construction items in the camp, including generators and other equipment, reducing them to ashes.
Following the attack, three workers were reported missing. Police identified them as Naseebullah, Noor Muhammad, and Hikmatullah, who are all residents of Kuchlak.
The missing workers were part of a team working on the under-construction road from Duki to Chamalang.
Local police said that the missing workers belong to the Pashtun and Mariani communities but could not confirm whether they were kidnapped or are simply unaccounted for after the incident.
According to the Duki police, an investigation of the terror incident was underway.
