PPP Information Secretary Nafisa Shah on Wednesday described the Tiger Force as a collection of extortionists and Prime Minister Imran Khan as their don, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
The prime minister should act like a prime minister, shouldn’t try to be an SHO, Nafisa remarked during a press conference held at Bilawal House in Karachi. Imran has no idea of the country’s laws, she added.
The PPP leader said the country was being pushed towards civil war and predicted that the Tiger Force would one day become Taliban.
“The Tiger Force is illegal. They can become Taliban tomorrow,” the PPP leader stressed and warned the district administration to stop the Tiger Force members from interfering in administrative affairs and daily life.
“In what capacity the deputy commissioners and the assistant commissioners are moving around in their company.”

Nafisa said they had no quarrel with the army as an institution and their struggle was against those using the military.
Talking about the government moves against the rallies and plans of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), she said an attempt was made to frighten them through NAB and the coronavirus was being currently used to sabotage the opposition rallies.
On the other hand, PPP leader Sherry Rehman called for the immediate release of party workers arrested by police before the Pakistan Democratic Movement rally in Gujranwala.
“The prime minister teaching others not to panic have panicked,” she remarked and added that cases should registered Imran and his entire cabinet if FIRs were to be registered over coronavirus.
Her comments were in reference to a case registered against the organisers for violating the coronavirus SOPs as PPP Central Punjab President Qamar Zaman Kaira and a large number of party members attended a workers’ convention in Gujranwala.
