Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Syed Mohsin Naqvi has wished Pakistan cricket team ‘best of luck’ ahead of its world cup (WC) clash with arch-rivals India at Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium, Ahmadabad, Indian Gujrat later in the afternoon, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
In his message, he has said that the team will have to play like one unit if it is to win today’s match, which is often called, ‘The mother of all matches.’ “The entire nation is praying for you,” the chief minister has said in the message.
He has said that the team’s morale is high after its comprehensive victories in the first two matches against Netherlands and Sri Lanka.
CM Naqvi is of the view that team Pakistan is capable of beating India. “Insha Allah, Pakistan will win today’s fixture,” he has hoped.
