Punjab Assembly Speaker Parvez Elahi and Deputy Speaker Dost Muhammad had a meeting at his residence on Wednesday.

During the meeting, matters of administering the vaccine to the assembly staff, construction of the new building, and public welfare. Parvez Elahi laid stress on administering the vaccine to the assembly staff at the earliest.

He said work on the new building is in full swing and hoped that the new budget debate will be held at the assembly new building. Parvez Elahi stressed the need for taking steps to provide the people with relief and assemble should be used to take up public service issues.
