Four children died, another two injured in KP house-collapses

Four children died and another two sustained wounds in the incidents of house collapse in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Monday.

Two brothers were buried alive when the roof of a house collapsed in a Swat area.

The deceased were identified as 10-year-old Junaid and 13-year-old Waqas. 

The bodies were retrieved from the debris and handed over to the family, police said.

In Lower Dir, two children died, and another two sustained injuries in a village house collapse, rescuers said.

Two women also sustained wounds in the incident. The deceased were identified as 10-year-old Naseemullah and 12-year-old Alima.

Nine cows and five goats were buried under the debris. The injured were rushed to a hospital.
