A special plane from India landed at the Jinnah International Airport in Karachi, reported 24News HD TV Channel on Monday.

According to sources, the special plane flew from the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad and landed in the port city at 12:10 pm.

It took off at 1.30 pm from the airport carrying 12 passengers onboard and flew toward Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Two of the 12 passengers on board the plane were foreigners.

According to the spokesperson of the Civil Aviation Authority, it was an international chartered flight that only flew from India to Pakistan.

"Other than that, the flight had nothing to do with India," he said. The Civil Aviation spokesperson clarified that the chartered aircraft is registered in the UK's Marshall Islands.
