Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad on Monday ended the hopes of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers by stating that Imran Khan will not be freed.
According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, Sh Rasheed, one of the loyal aides of former premier Imran Khan, said, "Every day it is being stated that the founder of PTI is coming out of jail, but he is not coming."
Using his symbolic terminology of politics, former minister Sh Rasheed also added, "There is one grave and three bodies." He did not clarify the names of the bodies.
Sheikh Rasheed mentioned that Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) President Mian Nawaz Sharif will introduce some new narratives, but the public will continue to suffer.
He criticised the current state of the economy, stating that Nawaz and Shehbaz Sharif were unable to manage it. "And, one of them will flee to the east and the other to the west," he said.
"We may be hung on cranes or given severe punishments, but please save the country," he pleaded. "For God's sake, save your honour and the country."
Rasheed criticised the police, saying they have disgraced themselves and others too.
