Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf MNA Maleeka Bokhari Tuesday got injured when a budget booklet hit her face in the National Assembly, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.

Three sergeants-at-arms also got injured when they tried to separate the opposition and government members in the national assembly.

Speaker National Assembly had suspended the session for 10 minutes again when a booklet was thrown at the opposition leader in the national assembly, Shehbaz Sharif during his speech.

The National Assembly secretariat reinforced its security through the help of the senate secretariat by summoning more sergeant-at-arms in the assembly to keep the member from a fistfight.

According to the channel, the government members resorted to violent acts after some slogans during the budget speech from PML-N’s Ali Gohar got PM Imran Khan angry and the government benches have decided to continue creating a ruckus during the speeches of Shehbaz Sharif and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

Federal Information Minister Fawad Chaudhary has tweeted a video and wrote: “The fight started after these slogans of Ali Gohar Baloch in the National Assembly. His abusive language got the young PTI Members angry and then the process of throwing the budget booklets at each other started.”
