JI Amir Sirajul Haq’s mother laid to rest

Jamaat-e-Islami Amir and Senator Sirajul Haq led the funeral prayers of her mother in Samar Bagh Stadium, Dir, after that she was laid to rest in her ancestral village graveyard, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

The mother of Sirajul Haq was admitted to Peshawar hospital for her heart-related medical treatment and she breathed her last on Saturday night.

In the funeral prayers held at Samarbagh area of Dir, JI Naib Amir Prof Ibrahim, Mian Muhammad Aslam, JI KP Senator Mushtaq Ahmed Khan, MNA Maulana Abd Akbar Chitral, Chief Kahteeb KP Maulana Ismaeil and political personalities from other political parties were also present. A large number of people from all walks of life attended the funeral.

President Dr Arif Alvi expressed his condolences over the death of the mother of Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Senator Sirajul Haq.

In a tweet, the president prayed for the high ranks of the departed soul. He also prayed for the bereaved family to bear the loss with fortitude.
