FIA offloads nine 'beggars' at Multan Airport who were going to Saudi Arab on Umrah visas

FIA Immigration department has offloaded nine 'beggars' at Multan Airport who were going to Saudi Arab on Umrah visas, reported 24NewsHDTV channel. 

Two men and seven women were offloaded who were identified as Khairat Ali, Mohammad Parvez, Kaniz Bibi, Faiz Bibi, Kulsoom, Asia Bibi, Ulfat Bibi, Naila and Shazia. The accused are resident of Layyah, Bhakkar, Multan and Sargodha districts. 

All accused were offloaded from PIA flight SV801. 

FIA officials claimed the arrested accused could not satisfy the authorities regarding the expenses and no one hold any hotel booking document. Moreover, the accused failed to respond regarding the procedure for payment of Umrah. The arrested suspects were transferred to Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Multan for further investigation. According to preliminary investigation, the accused have gone to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah before. Spokesman of FIA Immigration said the passports of the accused involved in begging will also be blacklisted on the directives of Director General FIA. Umrah pilgrims will allowed to go on the basis of travel history analysis report. Full screening and profiling of all Umrah passengers will be ensured.
