Federal Minister Shamshad Akhtar has claimed that macroeconomic indicators are showing economic recovery in the country and maintaining interest rates will improve the economy, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

Addressing a news conference in Islamabad the finance minister said that the government is facing several challenges.
