Pakistani actress Momina Iqbal has taken a strong stance against online harassment and publicly called out those who send her immoral and negative messages.
She took to her Instagram stories and expressed her outrage, sharing the profiles of the abusers.
The ‘Ehd-e-Wafa’ actress threatened the harassers about taking legal action.
She warned these individuals to stop their harassment, stating, "Don't talk about my generation and don't talk about my family. If anyone sends immoral messages, I will not leave anyone alone."
The showbiz personality further questioned the character of her harassers saying, "Let the one who has a clean past talk about me."
"I am sure that they would have been treated the same as their mother and sisters in their home."
The actress also addressed the religious hypocrisy of some users. "If you people know more about Islam than me, then what are you doing on social media?"
The lady also exclaimed that she's answerable for her deeds and some people merely love seeking attention which is what she decided to grant them publicly.
Expressing her frustration, Momina warned that anyone either a girl or a boy harassing a woman in such a manner would face public exposure.
She urged people to refrain from judging others' characters, as she would not hesitate to make their actions public.
Social media users have applauded the actress for showing courage in confronting online harassment head-on and exposing the perpetrators.
