Police 'arrest' woman suspect in Shehnaz murder case

Police sources said on Sunday morning they have netted a woman suspect during their search operation in Naushahro Feroz being conducted to arrest the assassins of PPP Member of Sindh Assembly Shahnaz Ansari.
The Pakistan Peoples Party leader was gunned down Saturday over an alleged property dispute with her brother-in-law.
The authorities are yet to register a formal murder case.
Shahnaz had suffered three fatal injuries in the attack and was taken to Civil Hospital Nawabshah where she succumbed to her wounds.
PPP leader Saeed Ghani informed the media that PPP co-chairman and former President, Asif Ali Zardari, has announced three-day mourning over the murder.
PPP Spokesman Senator Maula Bakhsh Chandio said she was a sincere and brave woman and he vowed to bring the murderers to justice.
