Haleem Adil Shaikh, the president of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Sindh chapter, has been released from Central Jail Karachi after securing bail in all 21 cases filed against him, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Thursday.
Shaikh, who was also the leader of the opposition in the Sindh Assembly, was arrested on February 16 on various charges, including rioting, attempted murder, and interference in official duties.
He had been shifted to various jails and hospitals during his detention.
