The Supreme Court has scheduled the hearing of presidential reference against the execution of former prime minister and PPP founder Zulfikar Ali Bhutto on February 20, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
A nine-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will conduct the hearing of the case.
Justice Sardar Tariq Masood, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Yahya Afridi, Justice Aminuddin, Justice Jamal Mandukhel, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi and Justice Musrat Hilali are also part of the 9-member larger bench.
In this regard, the Supreme Court issued notices to the parties in the case.
